Japan midfielder Daichi Kamada scored his fourth Bundesliga goal of the season as Eintracht Frankfurt drew 2-2 at home against Hoffenheim on Saturday.

Kamada gave his side a 2-1 lead in the 66th minute at Deutsche Bank Park after receiving a ball from Evan Ndicka in the box and side-footing his effort inside the right post.

Ndicka headed into his own net after 12 minutes but made amends by heading home a corner 20 minutes later. Frankfurt failed to get all three points after Georginio Rutter scored a 78th-minute header.

In Portugal, Kyosuke Tagawa hit a brace and netted in his third straight Primeira Liga game as Santa Clara drew 2-2 at home against Maritimo, the forward taking his tally to five goals since making an 18-month loan move from FC Tokyo in January.

Tagawa slid home a low cross off a post after four minutes before finishing a one-on-one with the keeper in the 32nd minute, this time off the bar, to give his side a 2-0 halftime lead.

Japan midfielder Hidemasa Morita joined his compatriot on the pitch in the 61st minute but Iranian forward Ali Alipour headed one back for Maritimo three minutes later and Claudio Winck nodded home the visitors' second five minutes from time.

In England, Japan defender Takehiro Tomiyasu played for the first time in three months as he came off the bench for the final minutes of Arsenal's 3-1 home win over Manchester United in the Premier League.

Tomiyasu, who had a stellar first half of the season after joining the Gunners from Bologna in the summer, hurt his right calf in December and then his left in January.

Tomiyasu drew plenty of cheers in a short cameo playing on the right of a five-man defense that included drawing a foul from Cristiano Ronaldo, who was booked for the challenge.

"I'm so, so happy to be back on the pitch. Thank you very much for your warm welcome today," he wrote on Instagram.

In Austria, Keito Nakamura scored his fourth goal of the season as LASK claimed a 2-1 home win over Altach.
