A total of 299 North Korean athletes, cheerleaders and reporters returned to the North on Monday, one day after the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics closed in South Korea.

Seoul and Pyongyang are scheduled to hold working-level talks on Tuesday to discuss the details of North Korea's participation in the Pyeongchang Paralympics, which opens March 9.

In January, the two Koreas also held working-level talks prior to the Olympics that started Feb. 9, where they agreed to march together under a unified flag in the opening ceremony and form a joint women's ice hockey team.
