Japan's Momoka Muraoka won silver in the Alpine skiing women's sitting slalom on Sunday for her fifth medal at the Pyeongchang Winter Games.

Muraoka finished her two runs with a disability-factored combined time of 2 minutes, 1.19 seconds in the nine-woman field, 5.37 seconds behind Germany's Anna-Lena Forster, the 2014 Sochi Paralympics silver medalist. Paralympics debutant Heike Eder of Austria took bronze.

In her second Paralympics, the 21-year-old Muraoka competed in five events, winning one gold, two silver and two bronze.
