Japan's Yuki Ito on Sunday won bronze in the first-ever women's ski flying event.
The only Japanese to take part on the 240-meter hill in Vikersund, Norway, Ito leaped for 200.5 and 190 meters to score 352.6 points in total.

Slovenia's Ema Klinec won with 414.7 points following jumps of 226 and 223.5 meters, with Norway's Silje Opseth second on 373.6.
