Registration for the first phase of 2024 Paris Olympics multi-ticket-package purchases will begin on Dec. 1, 2022, the organizing committee said Tuesday.

According to the organizers, randomly selected applicants who register by the Jan. 31, 2023, deadline will be able to choose their events and favorite sports from among the available seats.

Starting from Feb. 15, 2023, successful applicants will be assigned a purchase slot, giving them access to buy their individualized multi-ticket packs within a specified 48-hour period. Applicants can increase their chances of getting tickets by joining the organizers' "Paris 2024 Club."

Sales of single tickets for the Olympics will begin in May 2023 and for the Paralympics in the autumn of the same year.

The starting price for all sports has been set at 24 euros ($24), while almost half of all Olympic tickets for the general public will cost 50 euros or less, the committee said.
