West Java Police spokesman Yusri Yunus said all three were arrested Thursday afternoon in the West Java provincial capital of Bandung.

The first suspect, identified as Jajang Iqin Sodikin, 56, was arrested in the parking lot of a shopping mall when he was about to enter his car with his wife.

The second, identified as Asep alias Asep Karpet alias Abu Dafa was arrested at a motorcycle repair center, while the last suspect, identified as Waris Suyitno alias Masuit, 36, was arrested at his house.

Yunus did not provide other details but a press conference by the police is expected to take place later Friday.

The attacks on Wednesday night, which also injured 11 others, including six policemen, were carried out by suicide bombers, identified later as Ichwan Nurul Salam and Ahmad Sukri, both 31.

The two explosions happened minutes apart at the Kampung Melayu bus terminal in East Jakarta. The Islamic State militant group has claimed responsibility.

Salam lived and worked in Bandung, while Sukri was a tailor from the town of Garut, also in West Java.

The police connected both bombers to a network in West Java Province that committed a terror attack in Bandung in February.

In that attack, an alleged member of Jamaah Ansharut Daulah, which has pledged allegiance to Islamic State, was shot dead by the police after detonating a homemade bomb on a busy road, causing no casualties.
