North Korea expressed a readiness during Sunday's meeting between South Korean President Moon Jae In and Pyongyang's delegation to the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics to hold talks with the United States, Seoul's presidential office said.

The two Koreas agreed that inter-Korean relations should be developed, while simultaneously promoting U.S.-North Korea talks, the office added.
